These Terms and conditions govern the relationship between BE-LEAVE INVESTORS and any person (investor) or group who chooses to invest in our company. By making an investment the Investor (s) agrees to be bound by our Terms.

Investor must be at least 18 years of age literally capable of entering into binding contract.
Investor (s) must comply with all applicable local, national and international laws regarding investment.
The company reserves the right to reject any investment application without providing a reason.
In the event of any loss, the profit will be carried forward after the business has been re-established by the company without involving the investors. It should be noted that the payment timeline remains as agreed.
Investors should provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
Payment will be made to the bank or non-cash method of payment provided by the Investor(s).
The company is not liable for delays caused by banking institution or unforseen circumstances.
All investments carry risk, including loss of capital.
Market conditions, regulatory changes and business performance may affect returns.
Termination may cause lost of your investment returns.
The company reserves the right to terminate the investment relationship if the Investor breaches these terms.
The company will protect all the personal and financial data in line with applicable data protection laws.
Investors information will not be shared with third party except as required by law or consented to by the Investor.
The company reserves the right to amend there terms at any time.
Investors will be notified of materials changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new term.
